A relationship is one of OEM, OEM Upgrade, Aftermarket, or Generic

Direct Link

A one to one link between two products.

Typically a vehicle will have hundreds of direct links for all it's OEM and OEM Upgrade parts.

A direct link is composed of:

• Child Product
• Parent Product
• Relationship

How it Works

Creating a Direct Link

In this video, we create an OEM direct link between the Traxxas 24054-4 (parent) & the Traxxas 2530A (child).

Inherit Link

A one to many link, using another product's direct links for parents.

Useful when linking a part that's designed to replace an OEM part.

A inherit link is composed of:

• Child Product
• Inherit Product
• Relationship

How it Works

In this example, we know the upgrade engine will fit everything the standard engine fits.
Instead of creating many direct links again, the upgrade engine can inherit all the direct parents from the standard engine.

Creating a Inherit Link

In this video, we create an Aftermarket inherit link between the Traxxas 2530A (inherit product with many direct parents) & the RPM 73752 (child).
